(no farang shares) not a newspaper ... just something fo fasion or leisure issues ... andy1308 Posted October 2, 2007 Share Posted October 2, 2007 As far as I know you must still obtain a license from the Police. That form must list your editor, printing company, etc, and you must also attach a copy of your magazine masthead. You also need to obtain a barcode, which can only be done once approval has been given. This applies for a fashion or gossip magazine as much as it does for a hard news or political magazine. I did read recently that the regulations would be changing but up until six weeks ago publishers still had to seek Police approval.
