Beggars In The 'rai

Thanks Dman, I definitely mean to get there, sooner rather than later I hope.

I was in Kunming a couple of years back and was most impressed. A few beggars there and plenty of touts though.

One of the worst examples of begging I've see was a half naked young woman, terribly deformed, laying motionless on a blanket in a laneway at the old market with a begging cup beside her.
