Farang Website Designers

I'm looking for a professional website designer in Chiang Mai who is a farang. Is anyone aware of any companies or any especially talented individuals who do this work?

I pay 300 baht a page to my Thai designer. Budget for the farang designer is about 600-800.

Thanks for any info!

Just to let you know that our company is a specialist in website development and is active throughout the whole of Thailand, including Chiang Mai (I was just there over the weekend on business!)

We are a global company called WSI, operating in 87 countries worldwide. We provide Internet Solutions to clients, whether they are new to the Internet or are seeking to solve problems they have with their existing website. However, this is not the place for me to post a sales pitch! Instead, I suggest you view our website at <http://www.WSItheWebExperts.com> and then call me or e-mail me via the Contact Page - I'm Michael (and I'm Irish, by the way!)

What kind of web pages, and how many pages total? Also: Regular plain static ones with some text and pictures, or more elaborate stuff either graphically or in functionality?

Also do you provide all the graphic content, pictures, logos and all or is there graphic design work to be done as well?

Actually I wonder why you require a foreing web designer.. There are some excellent Thai graphic/web designers out there, and as long as you provide the text content in proper English and all, then you get a great site for not so much money.

If the site gets very big (in text content) then you can also consider something automated where the basic design remains the same for all pages and is stored separately from the content; then you can do your own content just the same as typing a reply right here into the ThaiVisa forum page.

Cheers,

Chanchao

I supply all pics and logos. Basic site 5-10 pages with shopping cart supplied by charge.com.

The most complicated thing is that customers have to be able to enter a special code at checkout to receive a discount. And that's not that complicated. Also, need a few pop ups to appear at checkout. Automatic e-mails need to be sent thanking customer for order. Big thing is it needs to be expandable.

I want a farang because I want clear, error free communication and I want the deadline to be respected. Also, farangs can comment on general copy, unlike most thai desgigners.
