Satcommlee Posted August 5, 2019 Share Posted August 5, 2019 (edited) Reviving old thread for information purposes, just got approved for 90% Thai UOB mortgage on a house (Joint application with Thai wife) but based on my income on a Thai work permit, it seems the main criteria was 5 years of tax payments.
