For the business setup, I highly recommend you a trustworthy law/business consulting/accounting company that in most cases would also take care of all your accounting after. Whatever is unclear just ask here on the board, the more specific, the faster you may get a reply! Check also the Phuket Forum for info and the visa/workpermit section! Hi there from the the Beach Road area As Raro has said consulta good company - Sunbelt who sponsors this forum seems to be very able and the prices they offer are very reasonable - cheaper today than I paid another lawyer 8 years ago.
