Couple of places that I can think of around the Sukhumvit Rd area are The House by the Pond and the Admiral Suites, both on Suk 22, and also the Boss Tower which is on Rama IV just a little further east. I've seen all of these advertise apartment studios for 20 - 30k per month. Haven't stayed at any of them but I live in that area (Suk 24) and there's plenty going on. You didn't say how long you were going to take the place for. In my experience, all serviced places will do a significant discount off advertised rates for a long stay. They offer 32 sqm Baht 8900(11400), 41 sqm Baht 13000(15500), Suite 78 sqm B 20K(23000) per month. In brackets with services, 3 times cleaning and 1 time bed linen changing per week. excl.
