90-days reporting at immigration

Recommended Posts

Reports from a few expats in Bangkok:

The Immigration is now enforcing the 90 days reporting rule.

5000 baht fine AND 200 baht fine per day after the due date.

Renewing/extending your visa (it has a part for current address on the TM7-form) counts as advising immigration of your place of residency, hence if you renew every three months you will never have to make a special trip to mImmigration to advise your address.

You can also do reporting via Registred mail.
