sbk Posted February 12, 2008 Share Posted February 12, 2008 9-month-pregnant woman, husband, son perished in road accident Angthong - A speeding factory bus crashed head-on with a pick-up truck late Saturday night killing a 9-month pregnant woman, her husband and 3-year-old son. Police said the accident happened at 12:10 am in Angthong's Muang district. Police said the bus was speeding and lost control and crossed the street and island and crashed head-on with the pick-up truck. Killed inside the pick-up truck were Banthit Photia, 32, Watcharin Ritsarn, 32, and Phanurak Photia, 3. Relatives of the family said Watcharin was scheduled to deliver next week. tutsiwarrior Posted February 13, 2008 Share Posted February 13, 2008 (edited) yeah, really horrible...seems like most of the time that you hear of a car full of people being wiped out it's the same scenario; a bus driver loses control of vehicle and plows head on into oncoming traffic...and always runs away afterward... heart goes out to their family...
