makavelithedon
Hi all, Apologies if this has already cropped up before, but I wondered if after a number of trouble free years with continual Imm b extentions and then a return home upon expiry of the last extention of stay is it possible to apply straight away for a maximum tourist visa or do you first have to wait 3 months or 90 days (whatever it is now) before being allowed to return if granted? Thanks Mak

Thanks Mak The is no rule that says that. So yes you can apply for a Tourist Visa and come straight back.
jstumbo
The only 90 day rule is that you cannot be in Thailand more than 90 days in 6 months using visa exempt entries. The remaining ~92.5 days of that period could be spent in Thailand using visas instead.
