JBL Posted May 20, 2008 Share Posted May 20, 2008 We are thinking of buying a condo and are wanting to know what the annual costs are for services, body corp, taxes/rates, water or any other possible periodic charges, taxes & costs that are passed on to owners, & if renting a condo do you get the same annual charges?
