goski
I ended up buying the camera mentioned in the topic at pantip plaza in BKK instead. Same price as at Big Camera Big C, but the shop in pantip included two memory cards, a nice camera bag, screen protection, cables, software and also a tripod. A buy I was very happy with so it is worth taking the time to check pantip out whenever being down in BKK.
sceadugenga
I've started to think that buying it in Australia is my best option with the Aussie dollar at Pacific peso status.
mcgriffith
scea, I feel for you...I had the same sinking feeling a year or so ago when the USD was plummeting off a cliff, from 38/39 baht to dollar, to 31 baht to dollar in about a year and a half. It got my attention. No predictions short term from me...I hope it gets better for everyone, wherever, sometime soon Things will inevitably regress to the mean. Hopefully we will see it before we're gone! PS I'm not planning on checking out anytime soon, at least not in the next day or so, I mean.... Keep your powder dry, and your portfolio diversified....
