It's received very good reviews and is not too expensive (590 baht/night). I think it's called the Miranda. I will get the website for you. It's located right on the Rayong River. Take Sukhumvit, make the right turn onto Taksin Road, make the left as soon as you cross over the bridge, and its on the left about 300 meters down Nam Rim Road.
