Newin admits sapling support

Newin Chidchob has admitted initiating the controversial, 1.44 billion baht rubber saplings project at the centre of a criminal trial, when Deputy Agriculture Minister in the Thaksin Shinawatra administration.

Newin yesterday testified before the Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions that he tabled the purchase proposal for the saplings at a Cabinet meeting, the details of which came under close scrutiny.

Doesn't it appear that

Newin is actually IN COURT and being questioned about this Thaksin era case,

in spite of being a back ground leader of a current government coalition?

Doesn't look like his alleged 'good connections and influence' in the current government,

has quashed this court date, as many red side punters tried to claim would happen.

He is currently in the dock, under voidire, and not getting softball questions so far.

The fat lady may not be singing yet but she is most certainly humming the lyrics to the song.

Oh they have Karl Orff composing her a Caramina Burana big time finale with extra tympany

and Heronimous Bosch as set designer. Because when all this crashes down on them all in the end,

it will seem like the 7th ring of hel_l, with extra agony choir ,singing their fuzzy butts off to

a long term personal engagement at the Bangkok Hilton.

Like rats from a sinking ship running Cambodian casinos may seem a good thing.

what you talking about?
