fiveyears
try start a resort! The former owner of ajarn.com started renovating a house without title deed and is offering it now for sale. This individual bought it for 800k and is trying to sell it for 3 million. The reason for selling is that his mother of law needs 'earth' below her feet instead of water. He apparently doesn't need an income anymore and doesn't mention income as reason for selling. For those interested, check out http://www.iamkohchang.com/ good luck! be rich quick! ajarn Phil

Ajarn
No land title because no land. Built over an estuary, on piles. Lots of mozzies, I'd guess, too. Nice water view from the balcony, though. Good luck, Ian

Anyway, it does sound cool what he is doing after looking at the link.
