thaihome
There is now a full blown Big C in Sakaeo (next door to the Makro), complete with all the little mobile phone shops, a pharmacy, a MK resturant, IT shop and several others. Was pretty busy on Saturday afernoon. Hadn't gone there in sometime, but have been going there for close to 10 years now, this is pretty amazing. phutoie2
Thanks for that info. My wife's parents are from a small village 30 kms south west of Sa Kaew. We visit a few times a year and I have been to the Makro on my last visit. Though a nice Thai village, only 9 house's and a small shop we chose to live in Petchabun!, its a long story why !! thaihome
Wife’s family also live in one the small villages along hiway 3232 just outside Khao Cha Kan. They paved the road in front 2 years ago. Nice place to visit for a few days, but cannot see ever living there. TH
think_too_mut
Wife’s family also live in one the small villages along hiway 3232 just outside Khao Cha Kan. I am on the other side of Khao Chakan, Wang Nam Yen. The hill, Khao Chakan is one of attractions of the Sa Kaew province. Lots of monkeys, steep climb to the top, a blow hole up there and monks sitting and blessings people who kneel in front of them.
