zaphodbeeblebrox
I wouldn't buy furniture in Ban Chang. In Rayong, there's an SP on Sukhumvit, and in Sattahip, there's a very good second hand furniture store on the west side of the 331, just north of Sukhumvit. longball53098
For furniture I would head for Pattaya or Rayong. Most likely Rayong but depends on your taste and budget. Banchang has nothing worth shopping for. As for a kitchen shop^^^^^ Try this http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/index.php?s=...t&p=2300819 This shop will make a custom kitchen or any other built in stuff to your taste and budget
tvaddict
welcome to ban chang shopping for furniture-- budget... there is one small furniture shop in the centre ( north side of sukhumvit rd) between the big blue photo shop and a gold shop) also a very small Index ( south side of sukhumvit) as you exit ban chang centre towards the blue bunny arch kilosip direction however, as you have a new house to fill you 're probably looking for good stuff and a large range to choose form-- you need the big megastores- Pattaya has plenty- Index, SB Furniture, HomeWorks on Sukhumvit Home Pro , upstirs in Carrefour, Pattaya Klang Rayong has good range too... HomePro, just before Laem Thong on Sukhumvit, SB Furtniture, same area but other side, a good kitchen/bathroom store- red building on south side of Sukhumvit just past Laem Thong and then out North on the bypass- the very big Global House which many recommend you should be able to get all you need at these places as for a kitchen -- either pay lots and go through a specialist in Pattaya or buy off the peg and then they'll install from HomeWorks (other similar stores too) or in Ban Chang- try Life Furnishings- Sukhumvit end of street with the bars for tailored service ok? that should do you
