I was looking for some friends in Patong Hospital, but it was a bit chaotic there. But nevertheless, they take care of anybody, who needs it. I tried to get down to the beach road in Patong, but the police chased me back up hill. I guess not only because of a new wave, which did not come, but they afraid of looting, too. A friend of mine has a jewelry shop near the beach, everything is gone, including jewelry and gems worth about a million EURO! It is a desaster! Feel free to put the pictures in your gallery. Pictures a from Karon Beach and Patong Beach except one showing the beach in front of the Le Meridien Hotel. All deckchairs are washed away.
