snoophound Posted January 5, 2005 Share Posted January 5, 2005 My lady just arrived home here in sydney with a picture newspaper she buys weekly. Usualy full of sexy thai lifestyle stuff. It had the most disturbing and graphic pics of bodies on the beach. Really hit me hard how bad it was and what those fantastic volunteers are going through. I went to my head office today to ask them to match staff donations and they said its against our US parents policy. They are getting a copy of this!!! Showing your company the graphic photos in the Thai newspapers might encourage them into donating more. It really has shocked the Thais in general (hence the difference in syle of reporting).
