Law Requirements Opening A Tourism Sector Business

I would be very grateful if you can give me,plaese, some initial clues about opening a business in Thailand.

I am , of course, "farang" in this country. Swiss nationality with a Non "O" Multientry Visa

I have two Thai future partners that I know from my last job in Europe. Now I moved t Thailand and I wish to open an Incoming Company in Thailand. The company will be 50 % mine + 25 % each of my Thai Partners.

I would like to know the following things:

What are the requirements for minimum Capital that is required?

What are th steps that I need to follow ?

¿What about minimum salary and minimun Thai Workers per one "Farang"?

¿How long can take to do the whole process?

¿What about work permit?

In general all the requirements to start the activity.

still interested to opeen an incoming tour operation in thailand ?

I am the Owner of an INBOUND (incoming) Tour Operation called First Choice Asia Co.Ltd. and want to expand also to other Countries in Asia.

I am also interested to give a Sub Branch, which does not require any TAT License (INBOUND LICENSE IS 100.000 BAHT BANK GUARANTEED)

and is Registered with 2.000.000 Baht capital for running the Business.

If you want to get all by yourself Registered and legalized, be prepared for a lot of paperwork and you will need to wait at least 3-6 month for the TAT inbound License.
