pmugghc Posted January 24, 2003 Share Posted January 24, 2003 If you apply for a retirement visa (with the 800,000b etc), can you still be a Thai company director (for the company owning your house) ? You're not supposed to do business, right ? How about taxes, do you have to pay capital gains tax for funds outside of Thailand ?
