Software For Sme Farming Business

I'm looking for a software solution to help with recording supplies bought into a farming business that are then provided on to other manufacturing parties - need to record the prices / amounts / payment received (or not) and then when finally the end product is sold, to be able to reconcile and return the net revenue back to the manufacturers. Its basically a contract manufacturing processs. The number of parties is quite small - only 10-30 -very SME sized.

The solution could be thai or inter, web based or stand alone. Alternatively, if anyone has suggestions of a s/w developer who has experience with this type of application, that might be a possible route.

I think this type of requirement is not unusual, if not available in Thailand, then other developing countries like India, Brazil etc might have similar solutions in the market.
