"IF YOU ARE SELLING OR ADVERTISING SOMETHING, DO NOT KNOCK ON THIS DOOR. YOU ARE NOT WELCOME." I'll copy'n'paste it into word, print it and laminate it and put it on the door. Khon Kai....Harm khow...............Person sell....keep out....but I would be wary about putting up a sign like that.....I think it would be considered rude in a small village enviroment....when the ladies come around selling foodstuffs in a village it is almost a social thing and also they are just trying to make a pittance....what annoys me is the guys that come around in the trucks selling watermelon etc... with the PA system blaring at 6am....ditto the election trucks. And they were selling stuff from the likes of Tesco etc - some kinds of gadgets that I didn't need to be woken up to decide I don't need... It still doesn't stop the hawkers.... However, if you are intent on putting up the sign then try:- กรุณาอย่าเคาะประตูเพราะไม่ต้องการซื้ออะไรทั้งนั้น ga-roo-na ya ko bra-dtoo pro mai dtong gahn seu arai tang-nan - Please don't knock the door.
