eutin45 Posted May 23, 2009 Share Posted May 23, 2009 During my absence my wife has been exposed to physical mistreatment and abuse by members of the local police force. As she cannot complain to that same police force in that town that committed the crime (human rights violation by a state official), where can we report the abuse?
