FILE PHOTO Police stopped a car driven by Payom Chueyphoo, 40, on Saeng Chuto Road on Sunday night. A search found the pangolins - also known as scaly anteaters - weighing a combined 34.5kg, packed in plastic bags in the boot of the car. Mr Payom said he bought the wild animals from Ban Kao village in Muang district for 500 baht each. continued: http://www.bangkokpost.com/news/local/1977...ngolin-shipment -- Bangkok Post 2009/07/
