Mahseer
Was wandering around the perimeter of Petchabuhn town and came across a restaurant/fishing park not 2 miles from the centre of town. Entrance was across a 20mtr 'suspension bridge' which took us onto an island where there were several salas scattered about and also a small bridge that leads onto a pontoon which had 6 tables that looked out onto the extensive lake. All absolutely serene. It was mid afternoon and the only other customer there was a policeman but I'll spare you the details. Food was decent but it was the sheer calm of the place that attracted. Can't recall the name but believe we'll be able to find it again but it was just to the east of town. Very highly recommended.
