MekhongKurt Posted October 4, 2003 Share Posted October 4, 2003 On Sunday, October 5th, 3-5 P.M. at Bourbon Street Restaurant in Washington Square (Sukhumvit Road and Sukhumvit Soi 22) the Expats' Association of Thailand will have Dr. Francis Nettl as our guest speaker. Dr. Nettl is British by birth, but went to medical school in the U.S. (University of Pennsylvania) then went on to do a residency in the States and, among other things, to work in a civilian capacity for the U.S. Navy as head of its sports medicine section, his specialty. He also has done G.P. work, and has lived in Thailand a number of years. He continues to practice medicine here. Dr. Nettl will be speaking about health concerns of general interest to all foreigners living here, including how to pro-actively live a healthy lifestyle here. He also will be fielding questions after finishing his presentation. We will then have a social mixer. Hope you can drop by to hear Dr. Nettl. Sincerely, Kurt T.
