TopDogger
I think True put custom firmware on them and make them very difficult to flash?
brianinbangkok
What is the exact version of your modem , mine is a Zyxel P-660R T1 V2 its on a sticker on the bottom of the unit. A google search got me straight to the firmware download page for my modem now at version 3 on the Zyxcel site. I sent you a PM with the link but as I am not sure what your type nr is so do not use it other then to search for your firmware. Do not flash your modem unless you have got the exact right version for your modem. Whats the modem type ? brianinbangkok
I noticed local Zyxel websites (.th . uk) have support for models not on the main zyxel website. Missed fact your modem has Wifi and mine does not so please disregard the link I sent you. Edited December 28, 2009 by brianinbangkok

Are you able to get into the settings menu of the modem ? With my Zyxel just typing the IP address of the modem in a web browser pops up the login page for the router AND shows the modem model just above login boxes. Does yours ? And if you can login then it shows all the information you could possibly need on the status page, model nr , firmware nr.
