Deke
A couple of year back I needed some and ended up buying the fanfold printer paper that lets you tear of the perforations on both sides. The paper without the perforated part is letter size; at least the stuff I bough was.
lopburi3
The office supply stores should have it - it is usually listed in there catalogs. That said I have not used in at least 10 years as even the US seems to be waking up to the fact most of the world uses A4 and no longer black lists it for most uses. The last time I bought some it was a pack of about 25 from Foodland more than a decade ago.

elkangorito
We unfortunately use it at my workplace, as well as A4. It causes fights when someone forgets to reset the printer back to A4, which is more commonly used. EDIT: Sorry. I was thinking of that deadful 14" long stuff, which we use. Other than this, we only use metric Edited February 22, 2010 by elkangorito
lanny
Fuji Xerox has it in stock. I don't have the phone number handy but you can Google for it. Two boxes (equivalent to a case in the US) sells for about 1,200 Baht, delivered.
