Was shocked by their little street shops "Modern fresh juices" after Thai fruit shakes, diluted with water, sugar sirup and ice. I never tried such juices! They full of pulp and have little note of sugar and ice. Because of shop had half closed windows, I didn't get, how they cook such juices. I only noticed, they have 3 steps, in one step they grind fruit (or pulp of the fruit). Maybe somebody know exact recipe? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
