He's announced his decision to step down as leader of the New Politics Party. He explained that he needed to take up the post as New Politics Party to allow the party to be establish. The court explained that the matter is under the jurisdiction of the administrative branch of the country. _______________________________________________________ Civil Court Rejects Red Request to Stop Crackdown The Civil Court has rejected a request submitted by the red shirt protesters for an injunction to stop the military crackdown. Some throw punches at the soldiers, @bangkokpundit P2: others were trying to stop them, but still a few punches thrown. Four grenades have landed in the Phratunam area.
