henning Posted June 12, 2005 Share Posted June 12, 2005 I have a 3 mnd singel entry non-o imigrant visa today. Is there any way I can extend this for 3 new mnd inside Thailand ?? I can prove high salary,good money in Bangkok bank,company home and that I am looking for produkts in Thailand to import to my home contry in Scandinavia. Indo-Siam Posted June 12, 2005 Share Posted June 12, 2005 A VISA cannot be extended - period. a 90-day non-immigrant ENTRY PERMIT can be extended - first for two weeks, then for one additional week - each time for a cost of 1,900 baht. That is as far as you can go, with respect to short-term extensions. If you want to extend a non-immigrant ENTRY PERMIT for a longer period, you can do so - if you qualify. If you non-O visa is based upon marriage to a Thai, then you can apply for a one-year extension based upon bringing over 400,000 baht, remitted from outside Thailand into a Thai bank account bearing your passport name.
