Ladies and gentlemen i would like to show you few new abs workout routine ... would be nice to change your workout style time by time which makes your body keeps up in burning :)

Basically every workout has to be done by sets .. set = 30 times .. usually you can start by one set or 3 depends how high your fitness level is :D

Thanks for posting

One question though; by set you mean fro example the 9 first pix and then do the same again for as long as possible or do we do do each pix for a certain amount of times then go to the next one?
