Shu Posted May 19, 2010 Share Posted May 19, 2010 Ladies and gentlemen i would like to show you few new abs workout routine ... would be nice to change your workout style time by time which makes your body keeps up in burning Basically every workout has to be done by sets .. set = 30 times .. usually you can start by one set or 3 depends how high your fitness level is This is My fave and best workout.
