The health of the owner has become of concern recently, hence an investment partner is being sought to take over the day to day running of the enterprise. As the owner is confident in the future success of the project he is keen to maintain a stake in the company. Full detailed projections have been made and these can be viewed by potential investors. The 100 square metre manufacturing plant incurs monthly rent of 15,000 baht while six employees have already been hired on salaries totalling 25,000 baht per month.
