3 Storey Shop House Ao-Nang

I am looking for a 3 storey shop house in Ao-nang to rent .Does anyone on this forum know of any real estate agents i can contact?

The nature of the business is a language school specialising in corporate and government work plus usual language school services.

There are currently a large number of such empty premises in Ao Nang....and more currently being built ! Suggest you drive around and compare location and prices ( most offer a contact tel no , or such can be obtained with a minimum of effort ). If you use an estate agent, you will probably only be directed to specific premises , but if you're not familiar with the area, then probably a good place to start ! Any web search will provide the information on estate agents here ,of which there are a few ..Good luck with the venture...I know several have tried and failed ,for various reasons , but I believe that the potential is surely there .

Thanks Mancub we already have the contracts and contacts we just need the building to realise the potential.SInce last posting we have indeed found a property and are in negotiations.Ao-nang is so expensive so obviously we are looking for the best deal .Yes we have done the tour but the forum was another option. Ilive and work in Krabi but Ao-Nang is where we need to be as we will be dealing with the tourism industry ,mostly.Thanks again.
