Maybe you're an old hat now and today you don't get it, but each and every one of us was green at one time. If you think you were never scammed at least once, that means you didn't know it happened. You don't learn the ropes by not swinging on them. Edit: I consider paying more for something as a scam. Doesn't have to be big, but it is what it is.
