erwin64
Hello everyone, I have a multiple entry non immigrant visa for one year, so I'll have to leave the country every 90 days. My visa expires this week friday 29/7 Is there another way then the visa run?? Is there a way to extend my stay for another 90 days WITHOUT leaving the country?? I ve been calling to some immigration offices today but either I can not get through or they do not know.... All advice welcome Thx and enjoy Erwin from Ladkrabang

lopburi3
The answer is no. You must leave the country and return to obtain another 90 day entry with that type of visa.

Khutan
If you have a work-permit, you can get an extension based on that. If you have 400k Baht in the bank you can get an extension based on that. If you have neither, talk to an immigration lawyer, otherwise its the Visa Run.

No mention of work, and he says visa for a wife that has not become a wife yet so that idea seems to be dead on arrival. Is it really that much trouble to make a run for the border?
