Looking For Personal Trainer In Cm

Recommended Posts

Hello...

I am looking for a personal trainer in CM; I live near Chiang Mai Gate and would like the person to come to me (there is a gym right next to where I live). I would cover entrance fees to the gym plus pay the person a fair honorarium to be agreed upon. I would want the trainer to speak some English, although only a basic-intermediate level is really necessary to be able to show me the machines. I am looking to get stronger and more lean and would want the person to walk me through the machines, design exercises for me, chart my progress, and keep me motivated. The trainer could be a student or someone looking to work a few odd hours a week who has experience. Can anyone recommend a trainer for me? Just to be clear, I am not looking for a trainer in a gym like California Wow; the person would need to come to me.

Thanks for any help.

I’d be a tad cautious. I go to a big expensive gym. I’ve been training personally for 30 years. The Thai instructors there frequently get people doing activity that is obviously not correct form. They have ‘student’ instructors there now from a college of some sort who are there to learn ...they sit around all day on their phones and occasionally clean the machines. So...
