What To Do With 27ria

Rigger

Recommended Posts

Some people have just contacted my wife about buying some land 27ria of rice land about 3 km out from a small village in Nongbaulampu it,s on a dirt road no power or water and they want 22,000bht a ria is this a fair price ?? it is a lot cheaper than the last batch of land sellers that came around.

And if I did buy it what else could I do with

A build a moto x track :D

B dig a few dams and put some fish in it for a bit RR :D

C continue to grow rice :o

D try growing some thing different

E just forget it and by a new motor bike with the money :D

Price sounds good.

If your wife's family are already rice farmers I would buy it, let them continue to grow rice on it, until I could think of something to do with it.

Well, it's already rice so stay with it. Otherwise consider rubber (see other threads). Do not consider palm oil (wrong climate / soil).

Price sounds good / right.

A is by far the best idea, i saw your other post about riding yesterday but was having "adsl" issues here in Khon Kaen. I have a yz250f in the UK that i want to import....i dont see too many places selling moto-x bikes here. Am I your first customer/ business partner?

E is a good idea if A does not work out. :D

Fish Farm

Best growing business in Asia with a 30% margin, that’s better than the stock market! :D

I like the idea of fish farming the hard part would be keeping the local guys out. I would have to imploye someone to stay there at night.

My mate has this problem with his dams he has been telling me they will be bigger next year but that was a few years ago I think that they have got smaller since:blink:

I am pretty sure they get in there with a battery and a couple of prongs and stun them :o

Or maybe we are just bad fishmen :D

Actually I think my funniest near miss was in the city of Udon back in my drinking days, almost put the phantom up the back side of a elephant. Thought I had probably had enough beer for the night. The others seem to be when you go from great road to nothing, that makes for very interesting dirt riding on a street machine. Oh yes this was about property sorry.
