What We Are Looking For Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following: Experience gained as a Bar/Restaurant Manager in Thailand (Preferably in Pattaya) A keen eye for detail and passion for delivering exceptional service. Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills. A strong understanding of cost, budget, and labor controls.
