The problem is that without an id she cant travel outside the borders of Chiang Rai province. So if they want to travel outside the province, they need an inventation, from a Thai resident, like a copy from Thai id card, and a house notification form. So what he is looking for, is someone who has a friend in Hua Hin, Pattaya, Koh Samuii, or Bangkok, who wants to provide this papers.
