In that area I would expect a one bedroom apartment for that price. Wouldn't want to live in one room anyway. How much do you charge for apartments? The condos are fully furnished and well decorated with built-in teak furniture. The Administration building and outdoor amenities are very much enjoyed by the residents living there.
