The stores are located only on busy corner intersections at locations with high population density. Sites for stores are only considered if they allow for 70/100 sq meters of retail spaces, as indoor seating for customers to consume drinks & snacks is always provided.

New store as the model and operating procedures for the store is already in place, new locations can be found refurbished and opened quite easily. When suitable locations are found 4 or 6 stores openings per year should be easily achievable.

All the procedures are computerized and they could be managed by each store.
