Sorry, typo, the lease expired in 2010 and had another 6 years on it. Thanks for pointing it out, its now been edited.

So the lease runs until 2016?

Been a lot of bars in the area, many there for over a decade forced to move/sell due to increased rents from landlords upon expiration of their lease.
