After a little research he found out that there are two herbs that have been used traditonally in Thailand. Tongkat Ali (iMalaysian name) or in Thailand its called Plalai Puek. Butila or Butea Superba is a Thai herb , Kwao Krua that is popular in the northern or eastern Thailand. I would like to know the names of these or other herbs in Thai and where to buy it in Bangkok . Anything with zinc in it will be of benefit like oysters. Eat leafy greens, raw nuts, eggs, steak. Do heavy resistance exercise etc all work to boost sexual performance. balo Posted August 20, 2011 Author Share Posted August 20, 2011 (edited) Thanks, I found out they sell Red Kwao Krua in some of the health food shops here in Bangkok. 150 baht for 100 capsules. 500 mg each capsule. Recommended daily dosage 3-6 capsules after meals. It will increase the bloodflow to the "important" areas of your body. No side effects from what I read so should be safe. There is no way I would want to take that everyday. Was it stronger, a different dose? I see there is a difference between daily supplements to promote underlying "male health" and instant effect things like Viagra, but in my experience Tongkat Ali was definitely the latter. I studied up on "Yohimbe", another supposedly natural sexual enhancement product and found that it can cause dramatic fluctuations in blood pressure; pretty risky. I do not know if this might also apply any of the products mentioned above but do a bit of study before using any of them. Well he was into anything to make money and wanted me to sell some Red Something for him...apparently there is also Green something for ladies. I wasn’t interested in getting involved as really didn’t know what it was. Anyway he gave me a box (10) and I gave some to a couple of people who said that it was good to say the least. Apparently similar effect to Viagra but more controllable..well at least initially. I tried half a tablet...my wife banned me from ever using it again!!!!! So I will get his phone number and see what access he has to it now...I know that his step-father was in import-export.. Maybe PM me if you could be interested. I dont think there is a big risk taking the herbal capsules as long as you follow the recommended dosage. I think there is a lot of health benefits with herbs and I believe it works. I studied up on "Yohimbe", another supposedly natural sexual enhancement product and found that it can cause dramatic fluctuations in blood pressure; pretty risky. I do not know if this might also apply any of the products mentioned above but do a bit of study before using any of them. Certainly not an especially good way to find out that you have a hidden heart defect. Yes, Yohimbe can and DOES cause blood pressure problems. It caused a heart attack in a fellow worker of mine a few years ago. Although, there were other factors and health problems Yohimbe is what brought it on and almost killed him. So, if it's available in Thailand, which I highly doubt, be careful. For years, in the US, I took an herb called DHEA. It helped my energy, sexual performance and had many other benefits. Unfortunately, I cannot find it in Thailand. or, I should say, I found one bottle of it one time and they wanted twenty times what it costs in the US. At Walmart in Los Angeles, regular price was $3.89 for 120 tabs. The pharmacist at that store said they cost all the herbal companies net about 2 cents per tab to make.
