Sunbelt Asia Posted September 15, 2011 Share Posted September 15, 2011 The requirement for 4 employees is that they are paid a minimum of 6,150 Baht per month (in Bangkok- other provinces may vary) and are in the social security system, ie you must pay your share of their social security tax monthly. In most cases in the first year of a startup only 2 employees are necessary per work permit, but by the second year you must have four.
