In my experience, Ban Moh has most components, and you can order things from Natthapong there. Natthapong also has a branch at Zeer Rangsit. Amorn at Fortune, IMO, is mostly useless, but they may have an odd or end you can use. There's a place called Wesco on Ladprao Soi 1, which has a lot of discrete components. There's ETT on Sukhumvit, near Rama IV in Phrakanong, for some components, and microprocessor/microcontroller parts, kits and development tools. Also Futelec, across Rama IV from ETT.
