(The BTS doesn't even start operating until 06:00.) 200 baht or less, tolls are 70 baht (or possibly 80 baht, you pay) 20 minutes or less. I'd leave at or before 05:00. Just flag down a taxi on Sukhumvit in front of the hotel, or have a hotel employee do it. You are 500 m from the entrance to the tollway. You will be going against any traffic. Be prepared for upwards of 130 KPH, the taxi drivers like to go fast as there is no traffic. I hate the early morning ride to the airport.
