Jai Dee
BMA TO OPEN TWO FLYOVERS AT LAT PHRAO JUNCTION TOMORROW MORNING The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) will open two additional flyovers at Ladphrao (ลาดพร้าว) intersection tomorrow at 5 A.M. onwards. The flyovers will help reduce traffic congestion in the area. Following Bangkok Governor Apirak Kosayothin’s (อภิรักษ์ โกษะโยธิน) inspection on the flyovers at Ladphrao junction, he said the first flyover will transport vehicles from Jitr Pochana (จิตรโภชนา) Restaurant to the Central Ladphrao Department Store. Meanwhile, the other bridge starts in front of Sofitel Central hotel and ends at MORCHIT (หมอชิต) Bus Terminal. Mr. Apirak expressed his confident that the flyovers will help provide convenience to commuters, and will decrease the traffic congestion. He said those who use Viphawadi-Rangsit Road would not have to wait for green lights any longer. As for those who travel on inbound and outbound lanes of Phaholyothin (พหลโยธิน) and inbound lane on Ladphrao, the waiting time of the two traffic lights in front of St. John's University and Jatujak (จตุจักร) Market will be reduced from 10 minutes to just two minutes.
