I've seen no crash reports yet in the backend. As soon as they show up the developer will fix the issue.

Are you guys on iOS 4 or 5? Would love to have some more details about your versions.

Thanks

iPhone 4 IOS 5.0.1, I've lost the page a couple of times whilst reading a topic, the page just dissapeared after about 5 minutes of viewing via the app, now the app has frozen on the page I was viewing and not responding

Hi Guys,

Could you help us to gather the crash logs?

You can find the crash log by following steps:

1. Sync your device to iTunes.

2. Find the crash log under the path:

For MAC:

/Users/<YourUsername>/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<YourDeviceName>/

For Windows 7 / Vista:

C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>

For Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/<DEVICE_NAME>

Please send me the crash logs within a zip package to email support[at]thaivisa.com

Thanks in advance!

+1 - same phone, same OS

Win7 Users, the appdata file is a hidden folder, even if you are admin.

Go to c: Users <username>, right click on <username> and choose "Edit address" then add \Appdata to the path.
