The large restaurant seats 300 people and has a stage for shows or live bands, and ceiling to floor windows overlooking downtown Pattaya and the bay. The brand new furnishings and equipment, valued at 2 million Baht, and inventory valued at half a million Baht are included in the sale, as is the 340,000 Baht security deposit. Rent is set at 170,000 Baht a month and the lease expires in 2016. Salaries for the four employees are 40,000 Baht while utilities run about 15,000 Baht per month. Gross receipts have already reached 250,000 Baht a month and the restaurant and club net 25,000 Baht a month although it has only been open 3 months. The owner is selling as they plan to move away from Pattaya.
